You can be a great mom AND put yourself first!

You quit your job in order to take care of all your child's needs, appointments, care and development. You spend your life in waiting rooms and in the car going to and from a zillion appointments each week. You cling desperately to hope and every possible way to get your child to progress. You would move mountains for your kid, if only you could open your eyes because you haven't slept in about 100 years. And if one more person tells you that you have to take care of yourself in order to take care of others, you will shove hot pokers in their eyes.

I feel you, sister.

As the mom of three girls, the oldest of which having severe disabilities, I understand what you are going through because I am walking this path right along with you.

It took me almost two decades to learn HOW to take care of myself as the mother of a child with special needs.  I want to help other moms, like you, learn how to really implement practices into your every day lives that help to create balance and relieve stress. It is possible!

Here's how!
